💜 Movement and wellness experience - A strength workout on an anchored paddle board. A unique way to move, play, and enjoy time on the water in the summer sun. Paddle out casually for a warm-up, then either sit or stand while soaking up fresh air during a strength and core workout, focusing on stability and balance in rhythm with the lake.

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure. You may also choose to donate your registration back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of your session — or gift another grieving mom the experience of BRAVE Moves.
