💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience - A deeply restful practice designed to help you slow down and soften. Yin Yoga uses long-held, supported poses to gently release tension in the muscles and stimulate the organs. With the help of blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll be invited into comfort, stillness, and quiet reflection — allowing space for rest, integration, and gentle renewal.
