💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience - Move your body in a supportive, empowering way. A Canvas Club Coach will gently guide our group through cardio, core, speed, and agility using heavy bags, light pad work, and simple ring drills. This beginner-friendly class offers a chance to safely release stored tension, reconnect with your strength, and experience the natural endorphins that movement can bring. You’re invited to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and take breaks as needed.
