💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience - Forest Bathing, also called Nature Therapy is a gentle, guided experience that invites you to slow down and connect with nature through your senses. Moving at an easy pace, we’ll create space for breath, reflection, and quiet moments of presence. This practice offers a supportive way to ground the body, calm the mind, and allow nature’s steady rhythm to hold what you’re carrying.
