💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience - Using foam rollers and therapy balls, this class focuses on releasing tension and trigger points held in the body — places where stress and grief often linger. Rolling may bring moments of discomfort; you’ll be encouraged to move slowly, stay within your comfort zone, and notice the sense of ease and improved mobility that can follow.

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure.
