💜 A Bereaved Together journal to use at this BRAVE Moves gathering (and afterward)

💜 Light refreshments

💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience - This Barre class blends small, intentional movements inspired by ballet with strength and flexibility work at the barre. We’ll gently target multiple muscle groups to create a full-body experience that supports balance, posture, and core strength. Expect to feel both energized and steady — moving with grace, presence, and self-compassion.

💜 A supportive, in-person community that understands

💜 A pampering care package to take home

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure.

You may also choose to donate your registration back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of your session — or gift another grieving mom the experience of BRAVE Moves.
