Expect steady, supportive movement and longer, quiet holds that invite your body to exhale, soften, and feel more settled from the inside out.

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure. You may also choose to donate your registration back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of your session — or gift another grieving mom the experience of BRAVE Moves.
