💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience: Resistance Bands + Stretching is hosted by Bereaved Together Board Member and Director of Community Engagment, Angela Harvey (Angela Harvey Health & Wellness | Mindset Matters). She will guide us in a gentle, strength-building session using simple band work for stability, strength, and confidence, followed by a deep, relieving stretch to release what your body’s been carrying. Come as you are and move at your own pace on your mat in a supportive space that helps you feel more grounded when you leave.

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure. You may also choose to donate your registration back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of your session — or gift another grieving mom the experience of BRAVE Moves.
