💜 Gentle movement and wellness experience: Thai Bodywork is for the in-between space—where you’re not rushing forward, and you’re not stuck. Practiced on a mat, learn simple partner-based stretches, compressions, and flowing movements that create “joint space” (room to breathe) and restore function—like a moving meditation you can feel right away. We’ll practice tried-and-true techniques for the most common tight, achy places—creating movement that matters.

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure. You may also choose to donate your registration back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of your session — or gift another grieving mom the experience of BRAVE Moves.
