💜 A Bereaved Together journal to use at this BRAVE Moves gathering (and afterward)

💜 Movement/wellness experience - Come receive a moment of reprieve for the afternoon; a retreat-lilke experience created just for bereaved moms. We’ll move through a gentle walking meditation, sauna/cold plunge contrast therapy, a make your own blend essential oils station, and restorative yoga practice followed by optional accupuncture. This is a soft place to land — no pressure, no fixing, no explaining. Just movement, connection, reflection, and a little room for your grief to breathe.

Your registration is offered back to you when you show up. This allows you to say yes to yourself without financial pressure. You may also choose to donate your registration back to Bereaved Together to help cover the costs of your session — or gift another grieving mom the experience of BRAVE Moves.
