When a child dies, their absence is felt in every moment—whether their birthday, death anniversary, diagnosis day, or other significant marker of grief—it can all feel so overwhelming.
As another year comes to a close, we find ourselves standing at a threshold—a place where reflection meets renewal. It’s the perfect moment to pause, take stock, and intentionally release the things we no longer need to carry into 2025.
Losing a child was once an unimaginable nightmare. Yet, it is now a reality for me, and I assume for you, too, or someone close to you. No matter your loss, it was certainly not part of the plan. Focusing on physical wellness may seem insignificant.
