Media Release

By participating in any Bereaved Together event, workshop, conference, or related activity, I grant Bereaved Together, Inc. and its authorized representatives permission to record, photograph, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, image, and/or statements. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, digital, and online formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, publications, and presentations. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these materials and that I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content.

Liability Release

I understand that participation in Bereaved Together events, workshops, or conferences may involve activities that carry inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to physical activities, creative workshops, or other event-related experiences. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Bereaved Together, Inc., its directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By registering for a Bereaved Together event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined above. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to consent to this release.
