BRAVE Moves was created as a place where bereaved mothers don’t have to explain themselves — a place to move, to breathe, to feel, to release, and to be held by community that understands.

Grief changes the body. It changes the breath. It changes the way we move through the world.

This is not fitness. This is care.

This is a grief-informed space where movement becomes permission: to show up exactly as you are… and not do it alone

And now, we’ve expanded and offer this program in both the Milwaukee area and Madison. We are honored to make this sacred space more accessible for moms in the southeastern WI area — more consistent support — and more space for grief to be witnessed, not fixed.

We move. We gather. We speak our love. We honor our children — and we honor our own lives, too.
